Welcome to Memphis Scholars

Our Approach

Memphis Scholars is a network of three public charter schools offering a whole-child education to students in grades PK-8th grade through the Achievement School District.  Our scholars engage in learning that broadens their world view, builds analytical skills in reading and mathematics, and empowers their expanded discovery of who they are as citizens in our ever-changing world.  To learn more about touring a campus or enrolling your child, please use the contact links below.

Quality curriculum

We believe in putting high-quality books and materials in our scholars' hands for every moment they are at school.  Given this, our campuses have adopted Expeditionary Learning (reading) and Singapore Math (math) as our core curricula and use a variety of other high-quality curricula for science, social studies, art, music, and physical education.

whole child Approach

Reading and math are important, but the way to grow the mind to its fullest potential is to provide art, music, physical education, science, and social studies to all students.  Given this, we work to empower the whole child through our well-rounded program design at Memphis Scholars.
